| Printing on PE Tubes
Printing on Polyethylene tubes is done with the dry offset method, ensuring a high quality. Our offset machine and the application of special dyes enables obtaining print in maximum six colors (plus the color of the tube).
We perform prints exclusively in the PANTONE scale. After printing, tubes are covered with matt or glossy UV varnish (also with frost-glass effect) for the purpose of increasing resistance of print to abrasion. The varnish also enhances the esthetics of the tube, and constitutes an additional barrier for e.g. aromatic substances and others being released from products.
Further decoration of the tubes can be made with thermal print - hot stamping, among others in gold or silver colors. We also have facilities for serigraphic printing on the tubes. |
