Production and Manufacture of Polyethylene Tubes
Our plastic Polyethylene tubes are manufactured, printed and capped in-line. Special decoration such as Hot stamping, foil blocking, and labelling are secondary processes.
The first stage of production, the polymer is melted and combined with a masterbatch pigment (if the tube is coloured). The melted polymer is extruded into one long tube which is cut in to "sleeves" of the appropriate length.
